Agents

The NZRPA recognizes that its members may choose to utilize the services of an Agent either when embarking on or during their careers as professional rugby players.

To assist players in appointing and managing their relationship with an Agent the NZRPA has developed answers to a list of Frequently Asked Questions to help educate players on Agents, the role they play, services they perform and what to consider when engaging one.  

The NZRPA has also developed the NZRPA Agent Charter. The Charter is designed to assist players to access Agents who have agreed to be bound by certain standards of knowledge, integrity, competence and professionalism and who have been selected by the NZRPA as NZRPA Accredited Agents.
