The New Zealand Rugby Players’ Association (NZRPA) is looking for a Learning & Development Manager. This is a part time role working approximately 24 hours per week (3 days).
This role is part of the NZR/NZRPA Personal Development Programme. The Programme’s focus is to support, guide and assist players in identifying and navigating their individual pathways to success off the field.
The purpose of this role is to lead the research, development, provision, and delivery of learning resources that best meet the needs of our people, Players and Personal Development Managers. This will involve providing Learning & Development strategy support, logistical programme co-ordination, administration and support to the Personal Development Managers, events, and projects.
