Cultivate Sport is focussed on fostering meaningful careers on and off the field, taking an athlete-centred approach and delivering on individual clients' needs. With 20 years in Sports Management, Kelly is an experienced agent managing player welfare, advocacy, contract negotiations, media, strategic career planning and commercial partnership both locally and globally, with a comprehensive knowledge of the Rugby and Olympic landscape.

Having founded Cultivate Sport in 2012 after identifying a lack of female representation, Kelly is dedicated to driving positive change around the way in which women in sport are valued and visible and recently completing a 3 year term on the Board of Women in Sport Aotearoa.
