Cultivate Sport is focused on fostering meaningful careers on and off the sports field, taking an athlete-centered approach and delivering on individual clients needs. With over 12 years in Sports Management, I'm experienced in player management, contract negotiations and securing sponsorship and endorsements both globally and locally, with a comprehensive knowledge of the Rugby and Olympic landscape. Additional services include strategic career planning and post-career transitions. I'm the founding Director of Cultivate Sport, established in 2012, with a BSpEx degree majoring in Sports Management from Massey University. I'm passionate about the advancement of women in sport, both on and off the playing field.
