Ben Boyle has been a professional sports manager for over 12 years and enjoys building strong personal relationships with clients and their families, to truly understand their needs. Passionate about player welfare, Ben’s approach is to provide complete athlete management which includes identifying and negotiating a client’s contract, helping them build a personal brand, exploring authentic brand alignments, planning for post-career transition and working to secure their financial future. Ben is dedicated to pastoral care and regularly spends time with clients discussing their sporting positions, potential career paths, overall wellbeing, life administration and post sporting career planning. He has strong relationships across New Zealand and international rugby associations and has a wide network of specialists to help secure players with the best opportunities, whilst maintaining consistent personal service for his clients.
