Clara Wiltshire is the Financial Educator for the RPA, where she equips, empowers, and supports players with the essential skills and knowledge to confidently manage their finances during and beyond their professional playing careers. Her focus is on building financial capability and confidence, enabling players to make informed decisions and plan for long-term financial wellbeing.
With a strong commitment to improving financial literacy, Clara ensures players have access to clear, relevant education tailored to their individual needs. She is available for personalised one-on-one sessions across areas such as budgeting, financial planning, KiwiSaver and the Player Investment Scheme, and exploring investment opportunities.
Prior to joining the RPA, Clara spent five years working in the New Zealand-owned KiwiSaver, investment fund, and wealth management sector, where she held the role of Senior Client Services Manager. In this role, she supported clients to understand investment options and grow their wealth. Clara holds a Bachelor of Education (Honours) and a Financial Services Certificate (Investment Strand), which underpin her practical and accessible approach to financial education. Clara lives in Auckland with her husband and young son.
