Kylie Devlin Sousa is entering her third decade working in professional rugby, bringing extensive experience across communications, media, marketing, and commercial roles. As Commercial Manager for the Rugby Players’ Association, Kylie supports the delivery of commercial initiatives and content for partners through the use of Player Licence Property empowering players to optimise their professional opportunities through the game.
Known for her efficiency and strong work ethic, Kylie has held senior communications, media, and commercial roles across professional rugby environments and was a Personal Development Manager for ten years. Her experience spans long-term leadership in communications and senior media management within high-performance settings, before joining the RPA initially as Communications Manager and progressing into her current role.
A proud South Aucklander, Kylie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication and a Diploma in Business Studies (Public Relations). Earlier in her career, she worked in sales and advertising roles across a range of industries, including advertising sales and management within the newspaper sector. She later established her own advertising company, growing it into a niche media business supporting organisations within rugby and beyond.
