Scott Fuglistaller is the Retired Player Services Manager, supporting retired professional rugby players across New Zealand and around the world. With a 13-year professional playing career, Scott understands the highs, challenges, and realities of life after rugby, bringing strong shared experience to his work with the retired player community.
Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Management, and previously worked as a Personal Development Manager for three seasons before stepping into his current role. He leads initiatives that help retired players stay connected to the game and to one another through events, wellbeing support, and opportunities for ongoing personal and professional development.
Scott is passionate about creating a genuine sense of belonging for retired players, ensuring they always have a place to come back to - with no pressure and no expectations. Taranaki born and raised, he currently resides in New Plymouth with his wife and two boys.
