Tiffany brings extensive experience in social work, leadership and organisational development to her role as NZ Sevens Personal Development Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Waikato and is highly respected for her calm, strength-based and deeply athlete-centric approach. Tiffany began her career providing intensive wrap-around support to vulnerable young families, later serving as an Internal Clinical Supervisor and Community Services Team Leader overseeing multiple Ministry of Social Development and Oranga Tamariki contracts. She then co-founded and led operations for a business focused on unlocking the potential of teams, organisations and communities to grow in connection and commitment.
Born and bred in Tauranga and a descendant of Ngāti Tūwharetoa, Tiffany now raises her five children on a dairy farm. Grounded in whānau and service, she walks alongside athletes with clarity and care, helping them build resilience, perspective and capability to thrive in the demands of high performance and beyond.
