Kate Adams brings a strong people-first and relationship-driven approach to her role as a Personal Development Manager, underpinned by experience across high-performance sport, community engagement, and stakeholder management. Her background includes roles with Rowing New Zealand, where she worked closely with athletes, schools, volunteers, and national bodies to support participation, performance pathways, and inclusive opportunities within the sport. She has also developed a career across customer-facing and leadership roles in sport, real estate, travel, and business development. Having just completed her first year as a PDM, Kate is known for her enthusiasm, organisation, and genuine care for people. A graduate of the Women Lead Sports Master Programme, she has also studied toward a Bachelor of Social Science at the University of Waikato, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and growth. Based in Cambridge, Kate lives with her husband Brent and teenage twins, Harper and Xavier, and is deeply connected to her local sporting community.
