Kimberley Burke brings resilience, composure, and a strong relational presence to her role as Personal Development Manager for North Harbour Rugby. With 11 years’ experience in the New Zealand Police, including leadership responsibilities as Acting Sergeant, Kimberley developed the ability to lead in high-pressure environments, build trust quickly, and support people through complex and challenging circumstances. That experience now underpins her work with players, where clarity, accountability, and genuine care remain central to her approach.
As a PDM, Kimberley combines her passion for helping others with her lifelong connection to sport. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Sport Management at Massey University and brings a strong growth mindset to her professional journey. Alongside her role in rugby, she co-manages a family electrical business, reflecting her organisational strength and work ethic. Based in Auckland, Kimberley lives with her husband and their much-loved cats and dogs.
