As General Manager of People Development at the New Zealand Rugby Players’ Association, Nikita Hall leads the team delivering the organisation’s people development portfolio, including the Personal Development Programme, support for overseas-based professional players, and retired player services.
Before moving into professional sport more than 15 years ago, Nikita built experience in commercial environments across branding, communications, and digital and web development. She has since worked across every level of New Zealand rugby - from provincial and Super Rugby environments to Teams in Black, bringing together people development leadership with a strong capability in designing systems and cultures that enable sustainable performance and long-term growth.
Nikita holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington. Originally from a farm in Taranaki and now based in Auckland, she leads with a people-first mindset, building environments where people are trusted, empowered, and supported to do their best work on and off the field.
